At Williams-Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
- Defective products may be returned at any time for a replacement or merchandise credit only.
- We cannot accept returns of personalized or monogrammed merchandise, special-order items or products that have been shipped directly from the vendor except when due to defect.
- We cannot accept returns of final-sale furniture, lighting or rugs noted as final sale on the item's product page.
- For items purchased from your Williams-Sonoma Gift Registry, returns may be made within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. These returns will be exchanged as a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt or registry.
- If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, and then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the amount in excess of $10,000 to you.
