Which industries and professions qualify for the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program?
Membership in the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program is specifically granted to professional chefs, restaurateurs and students enrolled in an accredited culinary institution. Applicants must show appropriate credentials before membership can be granted.
What discounts are included in the program?
Members of the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program will receive a 20% discount at the Williams-Sonoma brand when shopping online or at a retail store, excluding sale items, La Cornue and the Found collection.
*Please note: The Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs discount is not valid with any other offer, on sale items, on Outlet purchases, purchase of gift cards or promotional items, gift wrap, shipping and processing fees, taxes. We reserve the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at our sole discretion without prior notice to members.
Is the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program valid at Outlet locations?
The Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program is neither valid nor recognized at Outlet locations.
Once I faxed my membership application, when will I receive my membership card?
Membership in the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and a completed application. Once we have processed your completed application, you will receive a confirmation email that will grant you access to all program benefits until your membership card arrives in the mail within four weeks. Use of your membership card is subject at all times to the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program Terms & Conditions.
For how long is my membership valid?
Your membership to the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program is valid until 12/31 of the following calendar year. Registered members must renew their membership to receive a new membership ID card when their current card expires.
My membership card is expiring soon. What should I do?
You should receive renewal instruction automatically 2 to 3 months leading up to your expiration date. If your card is expiring and you have not received any renewal communication, please contact a dedicated Representative at (855) 567-4938 to update your information. Outside the US, please call 702-360-7147.
I have lost my membership card, how do I replace it?
To replace your membership card, please call (855) 567-4938 and speak to a Representative. If we have your current qualification documents on file, we will issue you a replacement card within four weeks. If we do not have your information on file, you will need to submit a new application to the program.
How do I update my account?
To update your contact information, please call (855) 567-4938 and speak to a Representative.
How can I opt out of the program?
To opt out of your membership to the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program, please call (855) 567-4938 and speak to a Representative or email Chefs@wsgc.com with the words "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and supply your name, membership ID number, email address and mailing address in the body of the email. Please dispose of your membership card promptly. Further use of your card, if before expiration date, will reactivate your membership.
Can international Chefs apply to the program?
The Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program is currently designed for U.S. and Canadian members only.
Does the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program discount apply to purchases made in Canada?
Yes, you can use your Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program membership card to receive the discount at all Williams-Sonoma retail stores in Canada.
Can I order merchandise for international delivery?
At this time, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. only ships to locations within the United States.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
These Terms &Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program (the "Program"). Williams-Sonoma may change the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Williams-Sonoma will post such changes online at www.williams-sonoma.com/prochefs. Any changed Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted here, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.
The Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program membership is only granted to i) professional chefs, ii) restaurateurs, and iii) students enrolled in an accredited culinary institution
To qualify, please provide at least two of the following:
1. Business license indicating profession within the culinary industry.
2. Business card indicating profession within the culinary industry.
3. Certificate of completion to an accredited culinary program.
4. Letter printed on restaurant letterhead, certifying role as a chef.
5. Current pay stub from restaurant of employment.
6. Food service manager certification issued by local governing authority.
Current Culinary Students: please supply a copy of your valid student ID in lieu of the requirements listed above.
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each student, chef or restaurateur must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Employees of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. are not eligible for membership.
Membership is not transferable. A membership card can only be used by the named card holder. The named card holder must present his/her valid membership card and valid photo identification in person to receive the trade discount at time of purchase. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: any resale of merchandise purchased using the discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership card and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application. Always use your Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program membership card for making purchases.
Discount is valid at the Williams-Sonoma brand only and excludes sale items, La Cornue and the Found collection. Any discount through the Program is not valid with any other offer, on Outlet purchases, purchase of gift cards and eGift Cards or promotional items, gift wrap, shipping and processing fees or taxes. The discount is not redeemable for cash. Williams-Sonoma reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed above. The Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program is neither valid nor recognized at Outlet locations. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling a Dedicated Representative at (855) 567-4938 or (702) 360-7147 outside the US.
Members may be subject to additional terms and conditions printed on membership cards. A membership card is valid until the expiration date noted on its face side. Williams-Sonoma may issue new cards to members who have made purchases in the past two years and have otherwise fully complied with these Terms & Conditions. Williams-Sonoma is not responsible for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or for any unauthorized use of cards. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be canceled and replaced at the sole discretion of Williams-Sonoma upon receipt of the required business documentation. The membership card is not a credit card.
Williams-Sonoma reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member.

How do I place an order or receive a quote?
You can purchase online via the Williams-Sonoma for Professional Chefs Program website or at any of our retail locations. Orders and quote requests can be sent via fax to (702) 360-7183 or email to Chefs@wsgc.com.
Orders may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process and quotes may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice.
How will I know that I received my Chef discount?
The price reflected in your order confirmation is net of the trade discount.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly issue a refund, less any applicable shipping charges and/or restocking fees, for any product with which you are not fully satisfied. Does Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and its brands rent or loan furniture?
Currently, the program does not provide for rent the loan or rental of furnishings to its members.
How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
